We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contingent Worker to support the Total Rewards team in delivering compensation and benefits programs. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR or Total Rewards who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to ongoing projects and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to salary structures, market benchmarking, and internal equity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for benefits enrollment, claims, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records related to rewards and recognition programs.
- Provide administrative support for Total Rewards initiatives, including communication rollouts and audit preparations.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Total Rewards team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Available to start within 2 weeks (preferred).
