Amazon’s Compensation team is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide strategic compensation support to our fast growing teams. As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering on the compensation needs in Amazon’s global teams through strategic, analytical and consulting services. You will work directly with the HR and Business leadership to build and evolve compensation programs that directly support the business's strategic objectives and provide hands-on assistance related to all areas of compensation analysis.

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity. You must have a passion to work with complex data, and be detailed and accurate from start to finish in developing programs and completing projects. The successful candidate will proactively partner with client-facing HR Business Partners and Business leadership to identify and address compensation issues, and evangelize Amazon’s Total Compensation philosophy and strategy.

Key job responsibilities
• Support HR teams in implementing compensation strategies for specific functional areas
• Lead compensation projects by gathering data, conducting basic analysis, and program implementation
• Analyze existing compensation programs under guidance to assess effectiveness and competitiveness
• Collaborate with regional compensation partners on local issues
• Provide basic advice on compensation components following established guidelines
• Help maintain documentation and contribute to compensation playbooks
• Actively explore to integrate AI in day to day functioning as well as deploy established Amazon AI tools
