This is a high impact role that will help deliver data-driven insights that will be foundational to optimizing sales planning, performance targets, and sales compensation at AWS. They will accelerate performance-focused planning and compensation strategies through sophisticated data-driven insights, innovative performance metrics, and updated design approaches. They will partner with AWS' sales incentive compensation design, planning, policy, analytics, operations, and product teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the foundational data and key business drivers to AWS variable compensation and segmentation.
- Create scalable data-driven dashboards to accelerate actionable decision-making for SMGS Leadership.
- Design and implement a comprehensive reporting & analytical roadmap to derive key decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data to enhance existing analytical capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications to share findings with business leaders, finance, and technical teams to influence decision-making and product enhancements.
- Have a passion for sales compensation and the impact the work will have on all customers
