The Opportunity
Are you excited by the opportunity to grow your impact in Compensation within a collaborative, intercultural, and continuously evolving environment?
Join Adobe’s EMEA Employee Experience (EX) team as a Compensation Specialist, reporting to the Head of Compensation, EMEA. In this role, you will partner closely with colleagues across Employee Experience, Talent Selection, and the Employee Resource Center to deliver thoughtful, equitable, and business-aligned compensation solutions across the region.
You’ll play a key role in building confidence and capability across EX teams, enabling them to effectively support managers and employees by deepening their understanding of Adobe’s compensation philosophy and programs. This is an opportunity for a strong compensation professional who enjoys combining analytical rigor with collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement—while navigating regional nuance in a global organization.
What You’ll Do
As part of a supportive and highly connected EMEA team, you will:
Collaborate across Employee Experience EMEA to align global compensation frameworks with regional practices, cultural contexts, and local regulatory requirements.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders, helping build understanding and confidence in compensation programs so they can support managers with clarity and consistency.
Provide year-round guidance to line managers, including support throughout the Rewards Check-In process, ensuring a fair and informed employee experience.
Advise Talent Acquisition partners on compensation and job-related decisions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
Deliver thoughtful compensation analysis and insights across base pay and incentive programs, balancing data-driven recommendations with business and people considerations.
Research market trends and regional practices, translating insights into practical recommendations for EMEA compensation programs.
Support compensation activities related to mergers and acquisitions, contributing expertise during periods of change and integration.
Contribute to cross-functional projects where compensation expertise is needed, learning from and collaborating with colleagues across Adobe.
Work closely with Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and the Employee Resource Center to ensure alignment, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the region.
Support annual compensation benchmarking and range development for the EMEA region, continuously improving how data informs decisions.
Contribute to EMEA statutory gender pay initiatives, supporting analysis, implementation, and clear communication.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver statutory compensation projects end-to-end (e.g., statutory increases, France Participation).
Provide critical issue support to the Employee Resource Center, enabling front-line teams to confidently handle complex compensation cases.
Continuously review and improve regional compensation processes, driving efficiencies through technology, simplification, and better ways of working.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with curiosity, collaboration, and a learning mentality:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in regional compensation, ideally within a complex or matrixed organization.
Experience with compensation market analysis, cost forecasting, and modeling outcomes.
Working knowledge of regional compensation compliance requirements.
Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills, and a comfort with data-driven decision making.
Project management skills with the ability to drive implementation and communicate progress clearly across partners.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, enabling effective partnerships with HR Business Partners and business leaders across cultures.
Well-developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and inclusive verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
A collaborative teammate who values different perspectives and ways of working.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, international environment.
