The Total Rewards Specialist – Pay Compliance, Equity & Transparency – is a key member of the Global Compensation team, dedicated to advancing pay equity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting pay transparency across the organization. This role leverages advanced analytical skills and technology to monitor, report, and improve equitable pay practices, supporting both global and local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pay Equity Analysis: Collaborate with outside counsel in the analysis of pay data – responsible for pulling reports and ensuring accuracy of information.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant pay equity and transparency regulations (local, regional, and global). Work with local total rewards teams and legal counsel to ensure all compensation programs and practices comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Pay Transparency Initiatives: Collaborate across HR to implement reporting frameworks and communication strategies that promote pay transparency, supporting leadership and HR stakeholders in sharing clear, accurate compensation information.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Power BI, Excel, and Python to create dashboards and reports that highlight compliance status, equity gaps, and transparency metrics. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Audit & Documentation: Support regular audits of compensation practices, document compliance activities, and prepare materials for internal and external reviews.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to enhance pay equity frameworks, resolve compliance issues, and drive continuous improvement in transparency practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the design and enhancement of compensation technology and data tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation in pay equity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Power BI and AI tools.

  • Demonstrated experience in pay equity analysis, compliance monitoring, and pay transparency initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and synthesize insights for compliance and equity.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with global and local pay equity regulations and best practices.
