Responsibilities

  • Support the endtoend Offcycle Adjustments (OCA) process by tracking requests, preparing submissions, monitoring approvals, and providing assistance to stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and smooth operational workflows.

  • Serve as the Workday point of contact for the North America Compensation team, assisting with questions on wage types, reports, system requirements, and deadlines.

  • Build, update, and run Workday compensation reports, coordinating biweekly reviews of pending transactions with Compensation Advisors.

  • Contribute to additional compensation activities, such as Rewards Planning and other team initiatives, through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen controls and documentation.

Job Qualifications

You will need

  • Advanced English skills, oral and written

  • Powerful Excel skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret data

  • Be organized, methodical, and enjoy problem solving

  • Experience working with Power BI is desirable

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage shifting priorities
