As Global Compensation Senior Manager, you will lead global compensation strategies as part of a team responsible for designing, building, and communicating rewards policies, processes, and programs that deliver the long-term HR strategy and goals of our business. This role is pivotal in managing Accenture’s global rewards strategy, philosophy, and processes, ensuring a consistent approach and experience for our people worldwide. You’ll also drive fair practices, regulatory adherence, and clear communication, collaborating with key partners to support our talent goals in a dynamic, international environment, with a focus on compliance, pay equity, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise leadership on best practices for total rewards in talent attraction and retention.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for day-to-day compensation processes.
  • Oversee market intelligence and compensation analytics to evaluate competitive positioning, identify pay trends, and provide data-driven insights that inform Total Rewards strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives using technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations and insights.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards programs with a strong focus on ensuring pay equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to enhance pay equity frameworks and compliance practices. Lead continuous improvement in compensation technology and processes.

Job Requirements:

  • This role is part of a global team and may require work outside of normal business hours to align with global stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of global legislation related to pay (ex. pay equity)
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills required, with the ability to present leadership and handle highly confidential data.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English.
  • Experience with workday preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Excel - Advanced PowerPoint - Data Analytics skills.
  • Experience utilizing Market Intelligence Platforms and real-time data sources.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work at a dynamic pace and navigate tight timelines and critical deliverables.
  • CCP Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
