Total Rewards Specialist
Accenture
Ready to shape how we reward and recognize our people across Norway?
We’re looking for a Country Total Rewards Specialist to join our Nordic Market Unit — a trusted advisor with a hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and a great sense of humor. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with both local practices and global strategy.
If you’re a doer who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and likes being part of the office buzz — this role is for you.
What’s in it for you:
- Be part of a diverse Nordic HR Rewards team with a strong international network
 - Professional growth opportunities, including a personal development budget
 - Competitive pay, bonus, pension, and insurance schemes
 - Flexible hybrid setup — but we value time spent together at the office
 - A warm, collaborative culture with social events and plenty of laughter

What you’ll do:
- Act as Norway’s Compensation & Benefits expert
 - Lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and off-cycle adjustments
 - Collaborate with Local HR Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate payroll inputs and partner with HR and business leaders
 - Advise on complex reward cases and local benefits
 - Support performance-based pay reviews and reward analytics
 - Collaborate closely with the Nordic Total Rewards team to share insights and best practices

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global organization
 - Strong analytical and Excel / Power BI skills
 - Familiarity with Workday and Norwegian labor regulations
 - A structured, detail-oriented team player who loves getting things done
 - Fluent in Norwegian and English
 - Someone who enjoys collaboration, brings positive energy, and isn’t afraid to have fun at work.
