We’re looking for a Country Total Rewards Specialist to join our Nordic Market Unit — a trusted advisor with a hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and a great sense of humor. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with both local practices and global strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Act as Norway’s Compensation & Benefits expert
• Lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and off-cycle adjustments
• Collaborate with Local HR Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate payroll inputs and partner with HR and business leaders
• Advise on complex reward cases and local benefits
• Support performance-based pay reviews and reward analytics
• Collaborate closely with the Nordic Total Rewards team to share insights and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global organization
• Strong analytical and Excel / Power BI skills
• Familiarity with Workday and Norwegian labor regulations
• A structured, detail-oriented team player who loves getting things done
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Someone who enjoys collaboration, brings positive energy, and isn’t afraid to have fun at work.
