Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to support and execute compensation and benefits strategies in India. This role plays a key part in driving total rewards initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs aligned with Accenture’s overall Total Rewards strategy.
- Drive annual reward processes including compensation planning, salary range design, market benchmarking, and compensation reviews.
- Conduct complex data analysis and compensation modelling to support decision-making and reward initiatives.
- Provide sound advice and recommendations to HR Business Partners and key stakeholders on salary proposals, retention strategies, and market competitiveness.
- Partner closely with Global Total Rewards teams to deliver high-quality, timely deliverables and ensure alignment across the regions.
- Review and recommend improvements to Total Rewards policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, prioritization, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Preferably 5-6 years of experience in Total Rewards, with strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
