The North America Compensation Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting enablement efforts for Comp Admin processes ensuring materials are clear and accurate, calls get recorded and shared with the different targeted audiences. Additionally, this resource helps perform audits and checks to support the end-to-end compensation Administration process and ad-hoc projects.

Collaborate with Onshore team to provide support to the HR and Leadership teams in US and Canada across all business entities in compensation specific activities.

Crucial Function/Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge/skills to support tasks related to Compensation Administration (main focus) and Market Intelligence.

- Compensation Administration:

  • Support in all Admin cycles, creating, adapting and sharing all enablement materials for the different target audiences: NA Comp team, P&R Ops leads and HR SDLs.

  • Complete data requirements gathering, file validation/submission and testing processes for Compensation Tool.

  • Go-Live Compensation tool support and post closure activities, such as RC overrides, blocks & unblocks for all cycles throughout the year.

- Process Improvement and documentation:

  • Adhere to standard internal process improve efforts.

  • Proactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process delivery and team dynamics.

  • Assist in the creation/update of on-going process training materials, job aids and documents.

- Teamwork:

  • Share knowledge/best practices with team members relating to own specialization.

  • Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to general operations of the business.

  • Aid team and stretch as and when required.

    Here’s What You Need:

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years overall

    • 1 - 2 years of previous experience either in HR/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits

    Must Have Skills:

    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge

    • Detail oriented, with ability to take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to the deadline

    • Proven ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly

    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration

    • Ability to proactively innovate and apply skills in problem-solving solutions

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Understanding of Accenture business practices and work culture

    • Experience working on competing priorities

    • Experienced in process improvement and process efficiencies

    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

    • Sensitivity to diverse cultures
