The US & Canada Compensation Associate Manager is responsible for reviewing and approving base salary and bonus solutions related to acquisitions, ensuring alignment with US and Canada compensation frameworks and external market practices. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in compensation, capable of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering high-quality, timely insights and recommendations.

What you will do:

· Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation-related matters

· Communicate complex compensation concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels

· Maintain meticulous documentation and audit trails for all compensation decisions

· Apply proficient knowledge and understanding of base pay management, salary ranges, bonus plans, and federal, state, and local laws governing compensation

· Gather information and respond to daily adhoc, time sensitive requests

· Proactively track and disseminate key information to NA Compensation and key stakeholders on a frequent and ongoing basis

· Develop, enhance, and maintain materials and tools

· Communicate updates to key stakeholders

· Balance working with stakeholders in a collaborative and empathetic manner, while adhering to, and applying strategic and established compensation principles and processes

What you will need:

· Advanced Excel skills

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Fluency in English (both written and oral)

· Minimum of 4 years in the Total Rewards/Compensation space

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft office tools - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote

· Able to analyze complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions

· Structures and manages projects or programs of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues

· Accuracy and consistency in all deliverables

· Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to solve complex challenges and drive innovative solutions
