How you’ll make an impact:

• you need to run compensation and benefits processes for our client EMEA market, in around 30 countries, each with specific benefit packages;

• the role involves significant client and vendor interaction in the benefits space all the benefits are collated in one vendor system;

• responsibilities include incident management, investigating issues when data does not flow correctly between systems;

• pre-payroll administration is part of the role, ensuring correct input files for the payroll team;

• the role involves working with tickets, monthly and quarterly reporting, and tasks tracked on a separate worksheet.

• you need to be able to understand a complex situation/context of the requester and translate it into actions for partner teams without detailed SOPs;

• you will act a specialized trusted advisor for the client in terms of triaging pension requests, contributions, detective work needed, interpret that, connecting dots;

• based on generic frameworks you need to find and implement pragmatic solutioning in the absence of a process or policy but in line with client general principle and the law;

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits;

• Use data-driven approach to make decisions on compensation and benefits.

By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid setup from our Bucharest office.

Skills that make your work successful:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with compensation and benefits programs in EMEA;

• Excellent verbal and written English level and with proven soft skills ability;

• Strong customer support background paired with operational mindset and process understanding;

• Process mapping, documentation and escalation management skills;

• Able to own incidents and have a problem-solving mindset;

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with Google Enterprise Suite.

Extra point if you have:

• Pension process knowledge;

• Knowledge of Workday and Darwin platform;

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain for this role.
