What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs candidates with Compensation & Benefits experience Design and manage bonus plans including determining factors like performance (individual or business), funding curves, governance, and implementation.
What are we looking for? Graduate Degree 4 - 5 years of Experience 2 - 3 years of Comp. & Ben Experience
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsbilities: 1. Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements and special handling procedures. Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required. 2. Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor. 3. Master the given process. 4. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. 5. Pay close attention to quality of work. 6. Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment. 7. Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control. 8. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls 9. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME. Assists in process documentations/Work instructions and communicate the updates to the team in a timely manner 10. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process. 11. Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. 12. Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA’s. 13. Assist in training/educating HRO personnel on learning and acquired skills in process.Any Graduation
